Just a Picture of me and the family on how we work.
About me:Hey my name is Nitrogen but my nickname is Nickolas the 3rd, did you know that you breathe oxygen, yet air is mostly nitrogen. You need nitrogen to live and encounter it in the foods you eat and in many common chemicals. Nitrogen is odorless, tasteless, and colorless.Nitrogen gas (N2) makes up 78.1% of the volume of the Earth's air. Nitrogen is a nonmetal. Nitrogen gas is relatively inert, but soil bacteria can 'fix' nitrogen into a form that plants and animals can use to make amino acids and proteins. I am commonly used in food storage to keep packaged or bulk foods fresh. Also I am in the making of electronic parts, for industrial purposes and has many other useful applications. I also love being the use of an alternative to carbon dioxide for storing beer in pressurized kegs. The smaller bubbles it produces is preferred for some types of beer. I have fun on the weekends with friends drinking some brews. Titan, the largest moon of Saturn, has an atmosphere nearly entirely made of nitrogen (over 98%). It is the only moon in our solar system known to have a dense atmosphere. So me being a part of the Nitrogen family I am all over the Universe You can catch us anywhere. I am in a liquid state when at a very low temperature. I boil at 77 kelvin (−196 °C, −321 °F). I am not hard to be transported and have many useful purposes in todays world including storing items at cold temperatures, in the field of cryogenics (how materials behave at very low temperatures), as a computer coolant (a fluid used to prevent overheating), removing warts and much more. So I have a broad variety of things I can do to help out on planet earth, so I liketo stay involved with everyone. In some situations my cousins are mean to people when they are in the water, decompression sickness (also known as the bends) involves nitrogen bubbles forming in the bloodstream and other important areas of the body when people depressurize too quickly from scuba diving. Similar situations can occur for astronauts and those working in unpressurized aircraft. This is one of the flaws of being Nitrogen but I have to live with it. My Earth friends have helped to make a depressurized tube that people can go in when they get the sickness but you have do it really quickly to save a persons life.
These are the other elements I associated with:
Nitrous oxide (also known as laughing gas or by its chemical formula N2O) is used in hospitals and dental clinics as an anesthetic (removing or reducing pain and general awareness for various surgeries).
Nitrous oxide is also used in motor racing to increase the power of engine and speed of the vehicle. When used for this purpose it is often referred to as nitrous or NOS.
Nitrous oxide is a considerable greenhouse gas and air pollutant. By weight is has nearly 300 times more impact than carbon dioxide.
Nitroglycerin is a liquid used to create explosives such as dynamite. It is often used in the demolition and construction industries as well as by the military.
Nitric acid (HNO3) is a strong acid often used in the production of fertilizers.
Ammonia (NH3) is another nitrogen compound commonly used in fertilizers.
Monday: I am on the way to this morning to go to y packaging company to fill up some packages for food.
Tuesday: Today I took my space ship to go visit my cousin over to the moon Titan they where throwing a family reunion.
Wednesday: I hung out with Oxygen today at the racing track helping my friend’s car out making Nitrous Oxide (NOS) making the car a lot faster and he won his race!
Thursday: I went to the lab today to visit my friend glycerin; I had a bomb time with him.
Friday: Tonight I meeting a bunch of my old friends at the pub and goanna chill by the kegs all night.
Saturday: I’m planning on visiting my dad at the farm in the morning to help fertilize the corn because they are looking a little dead.
Sunday: I beat my friend Carbon Monoxide today 300 times more in polluting the air.
I have decided to go to the racing track again today and join with my friend Oxide as we go along really good to make are other friends car really fast:
